Job Description:
- Project Planning and Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans for Last Miles improvement initiatives, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, establish project governance structures, and define roles and responsibilities for project team members.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
2. Operation Process Analysis and Optimization
- Conduct a thorough analysis of our Last Mile operation and Hub process
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement through operational flow
- Develop and implement initiatives to optimize capacity, efficiency and quality.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations (First Last Miles), OpX, BI, and Product.
- Foster collaboration and communication across departments to improve Function KPIs and metrics.
- Provide regular updates and reports to higher-level management, including project plans, project progress, key performance indicators, and any issues or risks that require attention.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of industry experience with proven business impact
- Bachelor's or Master's degree majors in Business, Analytics, or Engineering preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Experience in logistics, delivery, or e-commerce within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment is a plus
- Strong project management with a proven project success is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive informed decision-making
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure self-driven and adaptable to a dynamic environment
