Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Jakarta for a CG Supervisor. The CG Supervisor will oversee the production and direction of all computer graphics aspects, including look development, lighting, rigging, and texturing. Responsibilities include supervising a team of artists, ensuring the technical and artistic quality of animation projects, and collaborating with other departments to maintain workflow efficiency and achieve project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Computer Graphics with knowledge of 3D pipelines, tools, and techniques
- Strong skills in Look Development and Lighting for creating visually compelling outputs
- Proficiency in Rigging for character setups and Texturing to develop realistic surfaces and materials
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and maintain high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in the VFX or animation industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Houdini, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
