To support the CEO in strategic planning, business analysis, and execution monitoring, while acting as a cross-functional liaison to ensure that key strategic initiatives are delivered on time and with impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Business Support
- Prepare business analyses, market insights, and strategic reports to support CEO-level decision-making.
- Develop presentation decks and briefing materials for leadership meetings and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to business performance, revenue, costs, and growth opportunities.
2. Execution & Project Tracking
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives across business units (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations).
- Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with the CEO's strategic priorities.
- Produce progress updates, dashboards, and action trackers for executive review.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise with Business Unit Directors, Functional Heads, and key internal stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for follow-ups on strategic decisions made by the CEO.
- Ensure clarity, accountability, and effective communication across teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Mathematic or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with changing priorities.
- Prior exposure to consulting firms, corporate strategy, PMO, or high-growth start-ups.
- Experience supporting analytical projects, business cases, or strategic initiatives.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and P&L dynamics.
