Role Description

The CEO Office Associate is a high-exposure, generalist role that works directly under the CEO to support Bang Jamin's strategic initiatives, investor relations, and Japanese partnership development. This role is ideal for a sharp, self-driven early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can bridge the gap between Indonesian insurtech operations and Japanese stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Native or business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or N2 required); able to conduct formal meetings, translate documents, and write professional correspondence in Japanese
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (all three languages required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Finance, or a related field
  • Nice to have: 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, startup operations, or a CEO/founder's office
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; comfortable working with financial data and presentations
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets)
