Company Description

The fashion retail company is part of Init-6 companies. Init-6 is an Indonesian VC fund founded in early 2020 by Achmad Zaky and Nugroho Herucahyono (Xinuc) after leaving Bukalapak. It has many store network all over Indonesia.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CEO at the fashion retail company in Jakarta, Indonesia. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including business planning, sales marketing strategies, financial management, and overall strategic planning on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Finance and Business Planning skills
• Operations Management and Strategic Planning skills
• Sales & Marketing expertise
• Proven track record in strategic decision-making
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the startup or tech industry is a plus
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
