The Opportunity 

Join our dynamic and growing team in DILI, Timor-Leste as a Center Manager to lead with vision and help shape the success of Timor Plaza 

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of centre management, from tenant relations and facility management to marketing initiatives and customer experience enhancement 

This role offers a strong leadership experience, exposure to large-scale operations and clear career progression opportunities 

The Perfect Fit 

To be considered for the role, the ideal candidate will 

Be wiling to relocate to work in DILI, Timor-Leste 

Possess 5 years of experience in shopping centre management or retail property management 

Possess a Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Management, Property Management, Real Estate or a related field 

Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing diverse teams

Have proven success in tenant relationship management and leasing strategies 

Be proficient in budget management, financial reporting and operational planning 

Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast passed environment 

Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and commitment to creating exceptional visitors experiences 

Have experience in implementing marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales performance 

Be able to communicate effectively in English
