Perform routine maintenance on all IT hardware and software, including servers, networks, CCTV systems, and IoT devices.
Monitor system performance regularly and take corrective actions when issues arise.
Perform regular data backups and ensure the security of company data.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Resolve internet network and CCTV system disruptions.
Provide technical support and respond to user support requests.
Install new hardware and software according to the company's operational needs.
Configure network devices and security systems.
Implement the company's data security policies.
Conduct regular security threat assessments and vulnerability scans.
Maintain the confidentiality of company data.
Prepare periodic reports on IT infrastructure status and any issues encountered.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of monitoring and maintaining LAN, WAN, VPN, and Internet networks.
Solid troubleshooting skills in hardware, network infrastructure, application software, databases, and server support.
Strong interpersonal skills: honest, proactive, detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including public holidays.
