Cell Lead

This person will be fully responsible for continuous improvement in production by managing an IWS cell and all its aspects. They will also manage the process Lead and maintenance lead as well as the employees of the systems for their area and make a meaningful contribution to the further development of the workplace culture and IWS approach.

As the Cell Lead, you are:

• Responsible for the results and performance of a cell over 24 hours.
• Serving as senior coach to teams throughout the cell organization; Promotion of a zero-loss mentality within the cell.
• Ensuring the continuous improvement of the performances and efficiencies of the machines and plants within the allocated cell through the consistent application of the Run-to-Target systems (RTT).
• Manage of the daily management systems and processes as part of a continuous improvement process, including daily/weekly/monthly alignment of the Daily Direction Settings (DDS).
• Responsible for the development of quarterly plans and cell targets, jointly responsible for the continuous improvement of the technical skills and motivation of the employees through the transfer of knowledge and training.

Who are we looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / technology / science.
• 3+ years work experience in manufacturing, including 2+ years as team leader.
• English - fluent (Management experience in a technical/industrial environment).
• Experience with continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM).
• Requires demonstrated ability to lead small work group, communicate effectively, team player and independent, and develop short-term (<90 days) plans.
