About Company

PT Grand Indonesia is a privately owned company and a subsidiary of Djarum Group, which manages four business units:

1. Grand Indonesia Shopping Mall, a premium shopping center that offers an International shopping experience and a wide range of fashion apparel, restaurants, and entertainment choices.

2. Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, a historic landmark hotel of Indonesia.

3. Kempinski Private Residences, a first-class serviced residential tower jointly managed with Kempinski Hoteliers.

4. Menara BCA, a 56 storey-premium-grade office tower that host multinational companies.

Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a CCTV Officer with the following requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Diploma (D3) Degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV operations or security of property management environments, preferably in shopping centres, 5-star hotels, or office buildings.
  • Strong understanding of electronic systems and CCTV technology (IP-based cameras, video management software).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of alertness.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and software applications.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong reporting skills.

Job Descriptions:

  • Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all Business Units.
  • Detect and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards in real time.
  • Conduct routine system checks to ensure all cameras and recording equipment are fully operational.
  • Maintain accurate incident logs and prepare detailed reports with relevant video evidence for submission to the Security Manager.
  • Coordinate with security personnel, control room operators, facility management, and emergency services when required.
  • Ensure timely tagging, archiving, and retrieval of surveillance footage for investigations or legal purposes.
  • Report technical faults to maintenance teams for immediate resolution.
  • Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations related to surveillance, data privacy, and information security.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive footage and security matters.
