Job Description:
- Monitor CCTV systems and security alerts across hubs and warehouses to detect security, safety, and operational irregularities.
- Identify and escalate suspicious activities, incidents, system abnormalities, and urgent alerts to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain 24/7 surveillance monitoring coverage and ensure routine monitoring tasks are completed accurately.
- Retrieve video footage and support evidence collection for investigations, incident reviews, and operational requests.
- Log incidents, maintain CCTV monitoring records, and prepare basic incident reports.
- Follow up on CCTV maintenance issues, camera downtime, and service requests with relevant technical teams.
- Support daily CCTV health checks and ensure system issues are promptly reported.
- Assist in routine reporting and administrative support for command center operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Welcome fresh grades. If have experience in CCTV monitoring or IT support field at least 2 years will be considered an advantage
- Ability to review CCTV footage, and operational logs.
- Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
- Basic proficiency in G-suit and documentation/report writing.
