Catering Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Catering Sales Manager. In this role, you will oversee catering sales operations, build strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction by tailoring event packages to meet client needs. Responsibilities include event planning, coordinating with the food and beverage team, and ensuring the seamless execution of catering events and services. Additionally, you will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and represent the Jittlada Group brand in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Catering Sales and Food & Beverage management
• Proficiency in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Expertise in Event Planning and the ability to organize and manage seamless events
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to connect with clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with Thai cuisine and a passion for food service is a plus
