Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager based in Jakarta. The Catering Sales Manager will oversee client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop tailored catering solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating events, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. This role works closely with the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Catering Sales and generating new business.
• Strong background in Event Planning and Food & Beverage management
• Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to manage end-to-end event coordination and meet sales targets
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Proven leadership and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality (specifically banquet sales) or catering industry is a must! All other applicants will not be considered.
