Coordinate and support merchants in joining platform campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor merchant compliance including delayed shipments, false shipments, customer service response rates, and policy violations; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Conduct data analysis and generate insights to optimize category strategies and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Account Management in E-commerce industry.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
Familiarity with Home & Living industry products, brands, and merchant resources preferred.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
