Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive category GMV growth and order performance, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor and manage merchant store performance; conduct strategic negotiations to improve sales output and operational efficiency.
  • Resolve daily operational issues and provide timely solutions to merchants.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors products, and promotional strategies; propose actionable countermeasures.
  • Coordinate and support merchants in joining platform campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor merchant compliance including delayed shipments, false shipments, customer service response rates, and policy violations; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate insights to optimize category strategies and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Account Management in E-commerce industry.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Home & Living industry products, brands, and merchant resources preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
