About the Role
Provides analysis of product category management for the department under his/her responsibility in each store to optimize product provision according to market characteristics in each region.
What will you be doing
- Categorizes products within their departments to optimize the number of SKUs (including avoiding redundancies between departments) and optimize sales.
- Compiles a Pareto chart of products within their departments in each store to identify customer consumption patterns in the area.
- Provides product assortment analysis data from their departments in each store to ensure available space is filled with products that meet market needs in each region.
- Calculates minimum and maximum stock levels for each product in each store based on planogram design, storage space, and market absorption capacity, which can be used as a reference in the replenishment process.
What do we look for
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Have experience min. 3 years as Category Management/Market Analysis, preferably in retail.
- Skill & Knowledge : Product Knowledge, Store Characteristic, Product Assortment, Display & Planogram, Data Analyst.
- Willing to travel.
- Fluent in English (able to speak Mandarin is an advantage).
- Placement : Head Office Kawan Lama, West Jakarta
