Responsibilities
- Review & check the legitimacy, rationality and authenticity of payment original documents and the supporting document
- Handling banking transaction & documentation and handling petty cash
- Performing Bank Indonesia compliance reporting
- Prepare treasury-related reports, including cash position and journal reports
- Process payments to suppliers and vendors
- Assist in monitoring foreign exchange risks and investment activities
- Prepare requests for internal and external audit data for the financial audit, annual inspection, etc
- Assisting superiors in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports
- Timely prepared to collect and archive accounting documents, books and statements, etc
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Have experience in the related field at least 2 years
- Familiar with ERP System (ACCURATE, SAP, MES, etc) and Tax system
- Good in English
