Role Description The Cashier and Finance role is a full-time, on-site position based at Beacon Academy Jakarta. This role manages daily cashier operations, including handling tuition and fee payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate cash records. The position supports finance activities such as data entry, invoice processing, reconciliation of accounts, and preparation of basic financial reports. The role also involves coordinating with parents, students, and internal departments regarding payment status, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring adherence to school financial policies. The Cashier and Finance staff contributes to efficient financial administration and helps maintain reliable, transparent records for the school.
Qualifications

• Strong financial administration skills, including basic accounting, cash handling, and transaction recording.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial or school management systems; comfort working with spreadsheets and databases.
• Familiarity with Accurate Accounting System is an advantage.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with parents, students, and colleagues. Proficiency in English is a plus.
• High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in financial matters.
• Relevant education in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; prior experience in a cashier or finance role is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta and collaborate in a school environment that values innovation and learner-centered practices.
