Cash Management Assistant Manager

Job Description:

• Manage finance & treasury matters for Invested/project companies (e.g. legal documents, fund flows).
• Prepare inter-company agreements
• Manage onshore/offshore inter-company loans incl. interest income / expense
• Execute banking transactions for project companies
• Support month end closing for respective companies
• Support reporting and month end closing for FX deal related

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Banking Operations.
• Experience in managing intercompany transactions, loans, and fund flow arrangements.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking transactions.
• Familiarity with onshore and offshore financing structures, including intercompany loans and interest calculations.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing processes, and accounting principles.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing legal and financial documentation, including intercompany agreements.
• Understanding of foreign exchange (FX) transactions and related reporting requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple entities and regions.
