Details of the Division and Team:
Branch Operations is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information. This may require them to perform controls within their own area of responsibility. Work includes:
- Ensuring the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate
- Building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and/or external parties

Your key responsibilities:
- Client Account Maintenance
- Static Data
- Communicate with Central Depository
- Client Reporting
- Prepare and distribute Client Invoice
Your skills and experience:
- University graduate with min 1-2 years experience in relevant operations space
- Attention to detail
- High Risk and Control awareness
- Proactive and team player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge in Ms. Excel would be an advantage
- Fluent in written and verbal communication both in Bahasa and English
