We're looking for a Casemix Manager who can bridge strategy and operations — ensuring BPJS and insurance processes run flawlessly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hospital leaders to plan and improve BPJS operations
- Work with Finance to analyze gross margins and find ways to make BPJS cases more profitable
- Monitor billing vs. BPJS reimbursements and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build relationships with clinics, hospitals, and industry networks to secure referral priorities
- Collaborate with medical teams to manage patient length of stay and optimize resources
- Oversee daily supervision of BPJS patients and ensure smooth claim processes
- Guide teams on the latest BPJS regulations and ensure full compliance
- Solve claim rejections and prevent potential fraud cases

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in General Medicine (MD.)
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospital casemix management
- Proven experience handling insurance and BPJS casemix
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Willing to be placed in Siloam Bangka Belitung
