Role Description The Case Palletizer and Down Stream Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in West Java, Indonesia. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring palletizing equipment, ensuring cases are stacked and wrapped according to production standards and safety requirements. The operator will oversee downstream conveyor systems, clear jams, perform basic equipment checks, and report any mechanical issues to maintenance personnel. Daily tasks include inspecting products and packaging for quality, keeping accurate records of production output, and coordinating with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth workflow. The role also involves following all health, safety, and cleanliness procedures in the production area.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) from Engineering, Food Technology or related.
• Minimum working experience in packing department for 1 year.
• Experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing or related (Liquid, Palm oil etc.).
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and company standards.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills and case management capabilities to monitor production flow, identify problems, and manage palletizing processes efficiently.
• Experience working in manufacturing, warehousing, or similar operational environments is beneficial.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate palletizing and conveyor equipment safely and accurately.
• Willingness to work on-site in West Java or Jakarta, Indonesia, including rotating shifts if required.
