Job Description

Case Monitoring/Call Center Medilink

We are actively developing Southeast Asia's top TPA, which makes it easier for consumers to obtain insurance. To achieve our objectives, we therefore require talent with great potential, like you, to join our expanding organization, acquire the necessary skills, and also form outstanding teams.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls related to outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and guarantee requests.
  • Verify member identity, eligibility, and benefits according to policy coverage.
  • Coordinate with hospitals/providers to obtain updates on patient conditions, medical actions, and guarantee status.
  • Record, monitor, and update the progress of each case in the Case Management System in real time.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to members, providers, and internal teams regarding case status.
  • Identify potential issues during service delivery and escalate to the medical team or responsible unit when needed.
  • Ensure service quality, data accuracy, and compliance with SLA standards.

Qualifications

  • Willing to be placed and work on-site in Depok.
  • Prior experience in call center, customer service, or healthcare/insurance is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Able to work under pressure and handle highvolume calls.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data recording and follow-up skills.
  • Familiar with basic computer skills and case management systems.
