Job Description
Achieve revenue targets through strategic planning, sales projections, familiar with cargo agent partner (international & domestic) and negotiations with customers. Conduct market analysis, plan promotional strategies, and increase product visibility. Optimize stock, supervise warehouse operations, and ensure order fulfillment runs smoothly. Build strong relationships with customers, handle complaints, and increase satisfaction. Able to work together as a team.
Requirements
Domiciled in the city of Medan.
Minimum high school/vocational school or equivalent
Experience in the field of sales cargo for at least 1 year.
Good sales, analytical and negotiation skills.
Familiar with cargo agent partner (international & domestic).
Highly motivated, data-oriented, and quick to learn.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
