Career Development Consultant - Jakarta Placement

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and personalized educational plans to students and parents, including visa consultation and application guidance.
• Assist in college and university admissions, scholarship applications, career counseling, and visa application processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in education and learning methodologies.
• Collaborate with educators and institutions to implement innovative academic programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with international, local, and third-party organizations related to Australian study visa applications.
• Handle online and offline client inquiries professionally.
• Conduct marketing activities by visiting third-party organizations related to the education industry.
• Enhance social media promotion and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the International Education Industry, either: with an Education Agency, or as a Representative of an Overseas Educational Institution in Indonesia.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is highly preferred.
• Required language(s): English (minimum IELTS score of 6.0), Bahasa Indonesia (approximately 70:30 usage), Mandarin is an advantage and will be prioritized.
• Familiar with a customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and digital advertising.
• Experience in international marketing or working with multicultural teams is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and able to work independently.
• Fast learner with excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and research skills.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
