Project Description
Our client is seeking two Jakarta-based consultants to support portfolio optimization initiatives for consumer banking clients, with a primary focus on credit card portfolio performance, customer engagement, activation, spend growth, and retention management.
Key Responsibilitie
- sConduct portfolio analysis using client data to identify opportunities for activation, spend growth, engagement, and attrition reduction
- .Support the development and execution of credit card portfolio and marketing campaigns
- .Perform market and competitor research on banking products, portfolio strategies, and consumer trends
- .Develop insights and recommendations to improve portfolio performance
- .Coordinate with product, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
- .Support project management activities, including progress tracking, issue management, and stakeholder communications
- .Prepare materials for weekly working sessions, bi-weekly updates, and Steering Committee meetings
- .Assist in implementing agreed portfolio optimization initiatives and monitoring results

- s.Minimum 5 years experience in Consumer Bankin
- g.Strong experience in Credit Card Portfolio Management, including activation, spend optimization, engagement, retention, and campaign executio
- n.Experience analyzing portfolio performance and translating insights into action
- s.Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics team
- s.Ability to work independently and manage client stakeholder
- s.Prior experience with Indonesian banks is preferred, particularly with organizations such as Citibank, Bank Mandiri, DBS Bank, or HSB
