Role Description The Captain Store is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. This role oversees daily store operations, including coordinating staff schedules, supervising service quality, and ensuring that food, beverages, and products are presented according to company standards. The Captain Store is responsible for monitoring inventory, supporting ordering processes, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in all customer-facing and back-of-house areas. The role also includes handling customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, and supporting promotional activities to enhance sales and brand reputation. The Captain Store collaborates closely with management to implement operational procedures and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to supervise staff and manage shifts effectively.
- Customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries, feedback, and service recovery in a professional manner.
- Basic operational and administrative skills, including inventory monitoring, cash handling, and reporting.
- Attention to detail in maintaining store cleanliness, product presentation, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Good problem-solving skills and the capacity to make quick decisions during busy periods.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality, retail management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with diverse team members.
