Capital Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Capital Specialist talent to support the Capital & Funding team in managing financing processes, investment administration, and cross-functional project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Capital team in daily operations and administrative matters.
• Support the creditor side in advancing bank credit approval and loan drawdown procedures.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis related to investment projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding project progress and documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, records, and related capital expenditure data.
• Perform other duties assigned by management related to capital investment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Capital Investment, Treasury, Banking, or a related function will be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with banks or financial institutions is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage (not required).
