Capital Investment Manager

We are looking for a Capital Investment Manager to lead and manage capital investment activities, including equity fundraising, public offerings, investors relations and cross-functional project execution. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders and financial institutions to support the Company's investment plans and funding objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Execute equity fundraising and strategic investor introduction.

Design and execute equity financing transactions, including capital increases and public offerings, to optimize the capital structure and support the region's strategic business development.

Oversee the structuring and execution of internal asset restructuring, asset securitization, and acquisitions of controlling interests across the Indonesia Region.

Establish and manage the market capitalization management and investor relations framework.

Oversee investor engagement and capital markets communications, strengthen the listed company's capital markets profile, and enhance market recognition and shareholder value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.

5–8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Capital Investment, Treasury, Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, or related functions.

Strong experience in financial analysis, investment evaluation, financing, and banking relationship management.

Proven experience managing bank financing / credit facilities, including credit approval and loan drawdown processes.

Strong understanding of capital investment, cash flow management, financial modeling, and corporate finance principles.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple functions.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience in financial modeling is highly preferred.

Experience in manufacturing, mining, energy, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries is an advantage.
