Capacity Planning Sr Engineer

To ensure the organization's infrastructure and service delivery capabilities are optimally aligned with current and future business demands, this role is responsible for forecasting, planning, and designing scalable solutions. The position aims to prevent capacity bottlenecks, optimize resource utilization, and support sustainable growth by providing strategic insights and actionable plans for technology and operational resources.

Main Responsibilities :

1. Analyze historical data, business forecasts, and market trends to accurately predict future capacity requirements across all critical systems and services.
2. Create comprehensive capacity plans and design specifications for infrastructure, network, and application enhancements to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
3. Assess current resource utilization, performance metrics, and system limitations to identify potential bottlenecks and propose optimization strategies.
4. Measure the effectiveness of implemented capacity solutions against defined KPIs and service level objectives, providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.
5. Draft strategic roadmaps and recommendations for long-term capacity growth, technology investments, and infrastructure upgrades to support business expansion and innovation.
