Capacity Management Expert

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years of experience in capacity management.
• Strong understanding of the dynamics and trends within the technology industry.
• Experience in managing telecommunication/IT product capacity.
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as Fiber Optic, VSAT, Radio Access, or Network Technology.
• Good understanding of concepts, implementation, and best practices in Telecommunication/IT operations.
• Familiar with operational issues, troubleshooting, solution handling, and risk mitigation processes.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilitie

• sAnalyze, evaluate, and plan capacity fulfillment based on periodic RKA targets
• .Evaluate and develop network features and supporting tools to improve operational efficiency
• .Coordinate project management activities or act as the lead in the implementation of new network capacity and infrastructure provisioning
• .Establish standards and provide technical recommendations to prevent overutilization in central and transmission capacities
• .Improve network performance through re-engineering initiatives, software upgrades, and central device reallocation
• .Conduct internal training sessions for related staff to enhance the organization's technical capabilities in network management
• .Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the established management system
• .Ensure the implementation of the company's anti-bribery management system policies
