Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting one of our client in Digital Infrastructure Company that develops, builds and operates digital networks and data center assetsin their search for Campus Security Operations Manager for a data center facility that will be place Batam.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in security operations, preferably in data centers, critical infrastructure, high security facilities.
- Experience mentoring and training security staffs
- Familiarity in working with ISO 27001, TIA-942, SOC2, local data protection regulations, Security Networks.
- Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, security control room SMEOP
- Security certification preferred CISSP, CISM, CPP, PSP.
- Proven experience in managing 3rd party service providers, setting and managing KPIs, negotiating contracts and pricing for services
- Ability to establish and review Incident Reports, Root Cause Analysis Reports, CAPEX/OPEX budget forecast, asset management, critical spare management.
- Excellent collaborator with strong communication skills in English
