Campus Hiring - Retail Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional product explanations, answer customer inquiries, and enhance the shopping experience.
2. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance growth.
3. Maintain the store environment, ensure neat product displays, and create a positive shopping atmosphere.
4. Handle daily store operations, including daily settlement, display management, and system operations.
5. Address customer and team concerns, effectively manage complaints and feedback.
6. Maintain company assets and ensure proper management of store equipment and inventory.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required.
2. Basic English communication skills, meeting the following standard: TOEIC ≥ 470.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience in consumer electronics or FMCG sales is preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
6. Strong administrative management skills with the ability to handle tasks efficiently.
