Kozystay is a fast growing early stage hospitality technology start-up focusing on the short term rentals industry (Airbnb, etc) for the next generation guests. Kozystay provides premium end-to-end property management, capitalising technology to streamline operational processes.
Job Descriptions:
- Plan and execute Kozystay marketing campaigns across brand, seasonal, tactical, and partnership initiatives
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution from briefing, timeline management, asset coordination, launch, and post-campaign reporting
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment with overall marketing priorities and business goals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including content, creative, performance marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Integrate partnership initiatives into campaign including cross-promotions, collaborations, media, KOL, community, and brand partners
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities
- Prepare campaign reports and post-mortem analyses to evaluate effectiveness and learnings
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure projects are completed on time
- Assist in campaign ideation and identify relevant market trends, customer insights, and opportunities
- Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and reporting systems in an organized manner
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in campaign marketing, brand marketing, partnerships, or integrated marketing communications
- Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, media, and external partners
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and derive actionable insights
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution excellence
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign funnels, and customer journeys
