Job Description

  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (events, PR, content, digital) aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate with design, PR, digital, and event teams using strong project management skills.
  • Monitor campaign progress and performance through analysis and problem-solving.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with key metrics, insights, and improvements.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging through clear copywriting and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing on paid media planning.
  • Document and archive campaign results for internal reference.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management or marketing coordination.
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, funnel marketing, and media planning.
  • Proficient in project management, stakeholder coordination, and analytical reporting.
  • Skilled in copywriting, storytelling, and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Familiar with digital marketing channels and performance metrics (CPL, MQL, engagement).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
