What you'll do
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute end-to-end growth campaigns for the Indonesian market across Payfi, Prediction Market (sports, crypto, politics events), Swap, and Perp trading products
- Run A/B tests on campaign messaging, incentive structures, and acquisition mechanics; iterate rapidly from results
- Coordinate with design and product teams to deliver localized campaign assets (Bahasa Indonesia) on time and on spec
- Support and execute user incentive programs: bonus structures, first-trade guarantees, prediction contests, and trading tournaments
KOL & Affiliate Program Management
- Own the Indonesia KOL program end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and rebate management
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all Indonesia KOLs: answer queries, distribute briefing materials, confirm invite code setup, and ensure active engagement
- Grow the active KOL roster beyond current top-heavy concentration, with a target of diversifying high-invitee and high-volume contributors across Telegram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor daily KOL performance: invitees referred, swap volume, perp volume per partner; compile weekly KOL summaries for the regional team
- Identify, vet, and onboard new crypto/trading/sports KOLs from the Indonesian community
User Acquisition & Activation
- Drive Prediction Market activated user growth: Targeting sustained daily activations of 1,500+ with campaign spikes above 2,000
- Build and execute referral campaign playbooks that convert activated users to first-deposit and first-trade within 24–48 hours
- Own the Indonesia acquisition funnel end-to-end: click → registration → activation → deposit → first trade/payment
- Monitor conversion drop-off at each funnel stage and design targeted re-engagement interventions
Data, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Pull and monitor daily performance data: Payfi volume, activated users, trading users, order count, new devices, DAU
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for the Regional Manager: Flag deviations from targets with root cause analysis
- Maintain Indonesia-specific tracking files: KOL roster and performance log, campaign ROI tracker, weekly activation trends, competitor activity observations
- Present monthly growth reviews with MoM and WoW comparisons across Payfi, Prediction Market, Swap, and Perp dimensions
What you'll need
- 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, campaign operations, or community management preferably in Web3, crypto, fintech, or gaming
- Deep familiarity with the Indonesian crypto/trading community and key platforms (Telegram groups, Twitter/X Crypto Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)
- Proven experience managing KOL or affiliate relationships with measurable acquisition outcomes
- Strong data literacy. Comfortable pulling dashboard reports, maintaining tracking spreadsheets, and making decisions from metrics
- Excellent written communication in Bahasa Indonesia; professional English for cross-team collaboration
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage campaigns, KOL relationships, community channels, and reporting simultaneously
- Responsive and proactive, fast turnaround on KOL or Partners queries and community issues is non-negotiable
- Living in Jakarta / Bali or willing to relocate to one of the cities near the location
