Plans, directs organizes and controls the overall activities of General Affairs Section including employee services, meals, transport, dormitory and building.
Develops teamwork and cooperative efforts among team within General Affairs section and in relation to other department/ section in the organization
Executes process improvement that enhances quality and cost reduction
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superiors from time to time
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,
Minimum 3 years experience on same position on mining industry
Having exposure on handle mining facilities project, mess, meal, and vehicle
Having high leadership and costumer services oriented
Placement on East Kutai, East Kalimantan with roster schedule
