Join our team at Banggai Ammonia Plant, Luwuk, and take a leading role in managing our camp accommodation, recreational facilities, catering, housekeeping, and supporting services. As a Camp Lead, you will ensure that all camp services operate safely, hygienically, and efficiently while providing a comfortable living environment for camp residents.

Work Location: Site Banggai Ammonia Plant – Kabupaten Banggai, Indonesia
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience managing camps, residential colonies, hotels, or similar hospitality facilities
- Experience managing accommodation or camp facilities with more than 300-bed capacity
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, facility management, housekeeping, catering, sanitation, landscaping, and pest control
- Good understanding of canteen hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards
- Experience with system-based monitoring for hotels, camps, or accommodation facilities
- Strong project management, planning, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
- Fluent in English, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Physically capable of conducting site inspections, including walking long distances and climbing when required

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of all PAU camps, accommodation areas, and recreational facilities
- Ensure camp services run smoothly and provide appropriate support to all camp residents
- Coordinate with the Canteen Committee and HSE team to implement food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Oversee catering operations to ensure food services are properly managed, safe, and hygienic
- Ensure housekeeping services for camp accommodation comply with company regulations and service standards
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding maintenance plans and activities within the camp and other plant areas
- Ensure landscaping and pest-control activities are completed properly and according to schedule
- Ensure swimming pools, gyms, and other sports and recreational facilities remain safe and fully operational
- Implement SMK3 and Environmental Management Systems to maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace
- Identify, report, and follow up on unsafe conditions or actions that may endanger employees, camp residents, or the environment
- Monitor service performance and initiate improvements to enhance camp operations and resident satisfaction
