Cafeteria Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily café/restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor service staff performance.
• Ensure food & beverage quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service teams.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and manpower requirements.
• Assist with staff training and service standard improvement.
• Support inventory control and daily operational reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience as a Supervisor / Senior Waiter in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and strong attention to detail.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to manage a team effectively.
• Preference is given to candidates currently based in Bali.
• Available to start on-site at the end of October (20–25 October).
