Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Manager located in Bali, Indonesia. The Cafe Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, develop and lead the team, manage customer relations, ensure high service standards, and maintain the quality of food and beverages offered. Key responsibilities include inventory management, staff scheduling, customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth through innovative ideas and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management and Food Service operations, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to drive customer engagement, promote products, and achieve revenue targets.
• Experience in managing a team and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Previous management experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry is highly preferred.
• Flexibility to work in an on-site position in Bali, Indonesia.
