Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager located in Uluwatu Bali. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily cafe operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include planning and executing menu offerings, managing inventory and supply orders, maintaining cleanliness and health standards, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. The role also includes driving sales through promotions and innovative ideas, supervising team performance, and handling customer inquiries and feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Indonesian citizen (WNI) - required
2. Only candidates currently residing in Bali will be considered
3. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
4. Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
5. Proven experience in Hiring and Team Management
6. Outstanding Communication skills for team coordination and guest interactions
7. Background in Food & Beverage operations
8. Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
9. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules
10. Experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in restaurant management
