Industry –Retail, Supermarket (FMCG or Fresh Produce)

Work Location : Port Moresby National Capital District, Papua New Guinea

Salary: KINA 5000-7000 maximum (Tax Free)

Accommodation Provided

6 days work a week, company-provided air ticket to home country, 30 days of paid leave after one year of continuous work, and corresponding benefits for other holidays (Spring Festival and Christmas).

A growing regional consumer services group is seeking a dynamic and hands-on finance leader to oversee the full spectrum of finance operations and partner closely with senior leadership in driving business growth and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

1. Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above in Procurement Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines is preferred.

2. Work Experience

Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.

At least 3 years of management experience in procurement or supply chain.

Experience in the food & beverage, retail, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain industry will be an advantage.

3. Professional Competencies

Sound knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.

Familiar with contract management and relevant procurement laws and regulations.

Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic sourcing skills.

Ability to prepare procurement reports and analyze purchasing data.

4. Core Competencies
