Buyer

We are looking for a Buyer/Merchandise/Purchasing (Ethical/Health/Beauty) to support sourcing and procurement activities while ensuring compliance with ethical standards, sustainability practices, and company policies. This role will be responsible for supplier management, product sourcing, negotiation, and maintaining responsible purchasing practices aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, compliance, and ethical standards
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors
• Provide administrative support to the merchandising team
• Maintain and update product, pricing, and purchasing data accurately
• Assist in purchase order (PO) processing and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare regular reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of inventory and product information
• Support category management activities and documentation
• Ensure all records and documentation are properly maintained and updated

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles related to purchasing, merchandising, buying, or category management
• Experience in handling ethical product or beuaty (skincare/personal care) is a must
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or pharmacy industry is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data processing, reporting)
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication skills and a proactive working attitude
