Villa Manager/ Butler Luxury 5-Star Villa in Canggu
We are seeking an experienced Senior Housekeeper / Butler to join our dedicated team at a 5-star private luxury villa in Canggu, Bali. This exclusive five-bedroom property demands exceptional housekeeping standards, personalized guest care, and strong leadership.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the villa to impeccable 5-star standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Deliver personalized service and attention to detail, from welcome drinks to fresh fruit by the pool.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, unforgettable stay.
- Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations through established SOPs.
- Supervise and support the villa team of housekeepers, poolman, and gardener.
- Work closely with concierge team to coordinate guest services.
- Assist with breakfast preparation and light butler tasks when needed.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in luxury villa, hotel, or resort housekeeping.
- A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented professional with excellent English communication skills.
- Confident working independently while also leading and motivating staff.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating a warm, refined guest experience.
- Takes pride in perfect presentation and a flawless atmosphere.
- Experience preparing breakfast for guests.
- A network of trusted hospitality professionals (chefs, therapists, yoga instructors) is a valuable plus.
