Requirements

  • Female/ Male
  • Proven experience minimum 3 years in same position
  • Familiar with VPH system will be an advantage
  • Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated and team player.
  • Strong network and proven track record in driving revenue
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Set a work schedule
  • Manage the budget, including controlling costs and managing

inventory

  • Ensure hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards
  • Monitor service quality and respond to customer feedback
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations

and policies

  • Prepare for the event to be held
  • Ensure the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Coordinate and monitor customer satisfaction through the customer

service team
