As a Butler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, satisfaction and delight of our discerning clientele, delivering a personalised and attentive service experience.
What you&aposll be doing
- Anticipate and promptly address guests&apos needs and requests
- Provide a high level of personalised service to each guest, anticipating their preferences and attending to all details
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and ensure all amenities are well-stocked
- Liaise with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure a seamless experience
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with various administrative tasks as required
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures and safety standards
What we&aposre looking for
- Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar guest-facing hospitality role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and personable demeanour
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guests&apos needs
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Fluency in English and ideally one or more additional languages
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business
