Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction at all times
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
- Manage guest requests, reservations, and special arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Deliver VIP-level service standards consistently
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler, preferably on a cruise ship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Hospitality certification is an advantage
- Certified BST / MFA is a plus
