Main Responsibilities
- Provide highly personalized and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs with precision, discretion, and grace.
- Deliver exceptional butler service, ensuring all villas are maintained in pristine condition at all times.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy, reflecting the core values of the Aman brand.
- Anticipate guest preferences by observing, engaging, and reviewing guest profiles to deliver personalized service.
- Maintain all villas through regular inspections, detailed cleaning, and continuous upkeep to ensure luxury standards are met.
- Prepare villas prior to guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup, and availability of all amenities and supplies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, coordinating with the team and other departments when necessary.
- Ensure careful handling of all equipment and materials to minimize damage and waste.
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training to stay aligned with service standards.
- Maintain clear communication with the supervisor and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Report maintenance issues, damages or irregularities within the villa promptly.
- Conduct post-departure inspections and inventory checks to ensure all items are accounted.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Vocational training in hospitality is preferred.
- Previous experience in butler service in a luxury hotel or resort is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a luxury environment.
