Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Receive, check, input, and update customer orders in SAP and XPC (buyer system).
  • Manage packing activities (solid pack, mix pack, and VAS requirements).
  • Coordinate with purchasing team for outer carton and VAS materials.
  • Print and verify shipping marks, barcodes, and product labels (size, inner box, outer carton).
  • Create and update e-packing list and VAS data in system.
  • Control label and VAS usage, ensuring accuracy and compliance with buyer standards.
  • Support VAS operations (repacking, tagging, stickering) and coordinate with related departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Good English communication skills (both written & spoken).
  • Proficient in computer skills & MS Office especially Excel.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and disciplined.
  • Understanding of product labels and barcode (UPC/EAN) is an advantage.
