We're looking for a
Mandarin-speaking Business Support Executive who enjoys working across different functions e-commerce, sales, operations, and partner management.
This is a
generalist role at the beginning, where you'll explore multiple areas of the business. After a performance review, you'll be assigned to a
specialized position that best matches your strengths (e-commerce operations, sales/BD, partnership management, project coordination, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Operations
- Support daily operations across e-commerce, sales, marketing, and internal teams
- Coordinate with cross-border teams (ID/CN/MY/etc.) to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in executing campaigns, projects, and business initiative
Partner & Merchant SupportCommunicate with Chinese-speaking partners, suppliers, and teamsSupport onboarding, follow-ups, and relationship managementHelp prepare simple proposals, materials, or documents for partnersData, Reporting & Documentation- Maintain and update trackers, spreadsheets, and internal reports
- Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and business reviews
- Ensure documentation and SOPs are organized and updated
- Administrative & Communication Support
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting minutes
- Translate documents or messages when needed (as part of operations, not a full translator role)
- Act as a bridge between departments to ensure smooth information flow
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to support a wide range of tasks.
- Prior experience in cross-departmental coordination or supporting C-level executives is a plus
- Prior experience in e-commerce/digital platform is a plus
