- Drive growth projects by initiating high-impact initiatives every semester and prioritizing based on revenue potential.
- Map and plan product pipeline (NPD and non-NPD) and growth drivers for the next 6–12 months.
- Translate data into action by working with the Data team to build dashboards and turn insights into clear strategies.
- Ensure cross-team alignment by guiding other departments to support revenue and product goals.
- Manage complex priorities and allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects and teams.
- Lead collaboration with senior stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and push for long-term strategic outcomes.
- Build and grow the team through hands-on hiring, coaching, and organizational adjustments based on future needs.
- Champion knowledge sharing across brands and functions to improve processes and collective learning.
- Make strong decisions with sound judgment—knowing when to push, when to align, and how to keep goals on track.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
- 5–7 years of experience in revenue management, business strategy, commercial excellence, or product strategy—preferably in F&B, retail, or tech-driven businesses.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects that drive growth and margin improvement.
- Strong analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills—you know how to juggle multiple complex initiatives without losing focus.
- Effective communicator, negotiator, and cross-functional collaborator. You know how to bring people together, even when interests diverge.
- Strong business judgment—comfortable leading meetings, pushing back with logic, and driving decisions with confidence.
