Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates in Engineering, Statistic or relevant major.
• Eligible for participate in MagangHub program.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to join immediately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Job Descriptions:

• Collect, input, and manage property-related data to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Conduct regular reviews and discussions with relevant teams to evaluate property performance and business potential.
• Prepare and communicate reports related to business performance, including key findings and analysis.
• Support various ad-hoc projects and initiatives based on business needs and company strategy.
